How to stop, and what you get back

Plain English on purpose. Effective 14 September 2026.

The free review and The Record

Neither costs anything and neither obliges you to anything. Every email we send carries a way to stop: reply with “stop”, or use the unsubscribe link in The Record. We act on it the same hour and we do not write to ask why.

Paid plans

Record, Docket and Chambers are annual. You may cancel at any time by email to hello@quorumcompliance.com. Service continues to the end of the period already invoiced. If you paid for the year and cancel early, we refund the unused months pro rata within 14 days of your request; if a purchase order was issued and not yet invoiced, we simply close it.

If a source we rely on fails

If your website cannot be reviewed for more than 14 consecutive days for a reason on our side, we credit a proportional share of that period whether or not you ask.

Mistaken charges

A duplicate invoice, a charge you did not authorise, or a payment after a cancellation: email us within 30 days and it is refunded in full.

Your records after you leave

Every report and evidence file we produced for you stays yours. We keep our copy of the dated record for seven years, because that is what it is for; you can ask for it at any time.
